192nd office building - vancouver, washington
In planning/zoning review Summer 2021. A two story, 14,630 sf office building housing seemingly turned upside down! The larger second story footprint was a result of site constraints, including cantelevering over drive lanes for a nearby smoothie shop and future car wash. The pedestrian walkways and even some of the parking also sit beneath the overhangs. The overall materials and design are to complement the other buildings already existing in the development.
